How saving works
Autosave, the save shortcut, and the conflict warning.
Notes save automatically as you write. Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on macOS) saves immediately.
When a save fails
The status in the note's top right corner shows Retrying while Mnemo tries again, Couldn't save if it gave up, and Recovered once a later save succeeds.
Changed somewhere else means the note was modified outside this editor since you opened it, and Mnemo has stopped saving to avoid overwriting that version. Reload loads the other version and discards your unsaved changes, so copy them out first.
Turning autosave off
Auto-save is in Settings under Editor, on by default. With it off, save with Ctrl+S. Closing the note or the window saves either way.
